HR Interview

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Passionate about people development and workplace culture.

Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment cycles, onboarding, and policy implementation.

Familiarity with HRMS platforms, applicant tracking systems, payroll basics, and compliance procedures.

Ability to maintain documentation, employee records, and HR databases with accuracy.

Basic knowledge of labour laws, workplace regulations, and grievance handling.
MANDATORY SKILLS
