  • Oversee the entire delivery process, from shipping to customer receipt, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

  • Collaborate with logistics partners and local vendors to optimize delivery routes, minimize transit times, and reduce operational costs.

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing delivery-related inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and delivery standards, adapting strategies to meet specific regional requirements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams, to streamline the delivery process.

  • Utilize personal bikes and possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to drive a car when required.
