  • Any Degree in Business Management or relevant field

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a brand management or related industry.

MANDATORY SKILLS

Technical Interview

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Seeking a seasoned sales executive with aggressive selling skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Specialized experience in B2B sales is required.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Excel.

  • Passion for branding and a keen eye for market trends.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Experience with KPIs/KRAs.

  • High-performing & self-driven individual.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Cultural Fit Interview 

  •  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with delivery managers and other teams to ensure smooth & timely order delivery & customer satisfaction.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying opportunities, generating leads, & closing deals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed sales strategies.

  • Possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain management to effectively analyze order fulfillment and delivery processes.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

  • Proactively manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.

  • Represent the company by effectively presenting and promoting products at different events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.

  • Strategically explore and identify untapped markets, market segments, and geographies to penetrate and expand the customer base.

  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up on client payments to maintain positive cash flow and financial stability.
