SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVES 

The Qwerty Ink is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence and reputation of our brand and the brands in our Inkcubator Program. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies that align with the brand objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

HR Interview

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management and marketing.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including their features and audience dynamics. 

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

MANDATORY SKILLS

Technical Interview

  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools.

  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in G-Suite. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Cultural Fit Interview 

  •  Create and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.

  • Actively engage in promoting and managing fests and events on various social media platforms,enhancing the company's online presence.

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience.

  • Manage and grow the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.

  • Create engaging visual and written content.

  • Have a good understanding of how to use an iphone camera to capture stories, reels and photos. 

  • Have knowledge of editing and creating content using phone apps such as layouts or unsplash among others. 

  • Analyze and monitor the performance of social media metrics and engagement using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Create relevant reports, performance plans and internal strategy documents for social media. 

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company remains ahead in digital marketing innovations.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic online presence across various platforms.
